You really have to wonder what schirmer was up to that he needed all these companies. Remember they are not businesses, just companies whose existence was not that important in some respect because they have all now disappeared. Bad deeds always come undone eventually, as it is hard to keep the facade of lies going as you are continually in a state of covered up. What a poor excuse of a life. Karma gets you in the end.

schirmer often states that he has over 20 companies in his attempt to con people into thinking that he must be wealthy to have that many. However you cannot confuse 20 companies to mean 20 businesses. They have no relationship to each other. schirmer does in fact have at least 20 companies, or at least did have, however they perform no function other that to cost money to maintain, create a place to launder money through (other peoples money that is) and allow you to confuse an unsuspecting public to think that having lots of companies equates to having lots of money. Well things they seem to be changing according to my Aussie contacts. If you check out the ASIC website (asic.gov.au) you will notice that the following schirmer companies have been listed for STRIKE OFF ACTION:

I find it quite amusing that companies with the name "Succeed" have failed, a bit ironic really. So there you have it, another perfect example of the business skills of schirmer.

The schirmer "Wealth Creation" lie is still unraveling

It has been a while, but sooner or later schirmer will offer up exquisite gems of his failures, incompetence and life of lies to all that can see the real conman within. I have been informed from a very reliable Australian source that shows that schirmer has reached the dizzy heights of business "success", an area in which he claims much "expertise", by moving into his garage at home!! Based on his previous history he probably stopped paying the rent and was kicked out.

Now somehow that is not the way I understood it to be. I thought you started in the garage, then moved out to bigger and better premises. In fact at schirmers "height" of business "success" he was telling the whole world how that his next move would be into his own massive building complex. But then schirmer always gets ahead of himself and plans and spends what he is expecting and not what he gets, and because he has a highly inflated value of the worth of himself and his products he keeps spending money that he will never have. And that only ends one way..........confined to your garage!!

So there you have it, living in a rented house and running your "Wealth Creation" business out of your garage.....that should ring a few bells about his "expertise". But I guess he still has the BMW M5 to fool people into thinking he is successful, although it is now an old M5.

At what point does his wife and family realise he is living a lie? Getting up and bullshitting about all the wealth and money he has when he has nothing has got to have some impact on those around him who know he has nothing other than what he stole of others and spent on himself.

schirmer has this strange little habit of exposing himself every time he tries to either justify his existence or berate others for their wrong and stupid behaviour. A comment on Salty Droids blog brought this out and now you can read all of schirmers comments in a very different light. schirmer is a constant liar, and keeping this up plays awful tricks on his mind. The particular comments can be found in this post by a persons called _cartman_ and JC.

This is the what schirmer said in this post:

That is why 2 years later he had to sell it. He is back to renting again, which is how he has lived most of his life. This from the "Guru" of wealth creation. Yes, he was correct, that is completely STUPID. But then again, schirmer is very good at STUPID.

While schirmer has been struggling to make ends meet he has been driving around in depreciating junk himself!! First a BMW M3 (as seen in The Secrete movie) and now in a BMW M5. These are 2 cars that depreciate at extraordinary amount, and now the M5 will no doubt become a millstone around his neck. So again he is explaining himself quite well in his little blog.

And this statement is the best of the lot. The videos on this site of his encounter with ACA showing exactly what he was doing to his so called clients. People had given him their money, where he had promised crazy returns, then went and spent it all on himself (carefully funnelled through various companies of course).

How can schirmer sleep at night?? He knows exactly what he is doing as he rips people off. His Platinum Super Traders is another example of offering crazy returns that he cannot fulfill. Then he writes about himself on his blog, but tries and pretends that it is someone else!! Psychotic comes to mind.

James Ray, schirmer, and the difference??

schirmer is now coming out in support of James Ray, oh of course he makes an obligatory reference to the victims that died, although the post looks more like a "poor me" post than anything regarding James Ray.

He then preaches to everyone by putting anyone down that says anything mean and nasty (read that as telling the truth) about James Ray by saying that:

"We live in a world where most people are looking to blame someone else for whatever happens; very few people ever take responsibility for their own actions."
Well I guess he should know about this as his whole ACA video collection shows up schirmer as taking no responsibility at all for his own actions. He ripped people of for 100's of thousands of dollars, then denies doing any of it. A first class hypocrite.

Then telling everyone that they should be:

"edifying one another or building up their brother; rather they seek to elevate themselves by pulling down every person who seeks to become the best they can be."
So here goes the hypocrite again, telling everyone to help each other while he goes about being negative about everyone else.

Then there is this (his own spelling included):

"When will we, as a global community, learn to take personal responsibly and ownership of the circumstances we create rather than blame, deny and make excuses?"
Okay then,how about we start with YOU!! No one is interested in listening to you preach about something you are not prepared to follow. The bullshit that spills from his mouth just never ends.

Intentions!?!?! We are seeing the results of James Rays actions, who cares about intentions. If you want to talk about intentions, then all James Ray intended was get as much of those peoples money as he could. That is the intentions behind every scammer on the face of this earth....money and getting as much as possible whether legitimate or not, then hiding behind a veil of legal structures. schirmer doesn't give a toss about the moral or ethical issues, they are there for the decent people in society to follow, not for the arseholes like him. His greed has driven him to attempt to legally steal anything he can get his hands on.

schirmer has also had it in for journalists ever since Ben Fordham from ACA had him cornered like the dirty little rat that he is. schirmer has the hide to tell everyone else to be accountable, yet that whole ACA episode came about because he would not be accountable for his actions. Taking money, spending it on himself, making promises that he had no intention of fulfilling. He even made promises on ACA which he also never intended to fulfill and he tries to hide behind his holier-than-thou christian speak. It is nothing but bullshit coming from a very untrustworthy parasite. And the intentions became actions....

The scam machine has come full circle and we are now back to offering "Personal Investment Opportunities" (PIO's) to an unsuspecting group....again.

If you remember the Channel 9 ACA episodes (You can see them on this blog), then you will also remember the number of people that had taken up a fantastic offer in a business called "Life Success Pacific Rim". The investors put in almost half a million Australian dollars, only to see schirmer spend the lot pretty much on himself (carefully funnelled through various companies of course, so hard to track ... or so he thinks) then declare that there were no investors!! A feature of that investment was that it was only vailable to "Sophisticated Investors", and that is just another way schirmer thinks to circumvent the ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) process and avoid scrutiny. Well Doh!

Well I have been informed that the Life Success scam started its ill fated life in exactly the same way as this latest scam. An email was sent around, just like the one that has surfaced now so beware. I will add here that schirmers other company is currently being liquidated due to lack of funds as per a previous blog..... Sound ironic you think? Me thinks too. No doubt mr schirmer would like as many people as possible to see his incredible opportunity so I thought I might help him out a bit so here it is. If you have received something like this then theres plenty of apparent schirmer victims around to get some cold hard facts from before you hand over your money. Is it any coincidence that this "Opportunity" has surfaced right when he has the Australian Tax Office chasing for unpaid taxes in excess of AUD$230,000?? See post below regarding a schirmer company called Excellence in Results.

I have been reliably informed that 2010 is the year that his BMW M5 lease runs out, and I believe that he will owe BMW a small fortune when that happens. I have also been informed that he is trying to flog off his Platinum Super Traders course, a course that lacks in substance and real results, for something like AUD$90,000!!!!
He has some serious money issues this year and is going back to his proven scam of offering some fantastic PIO's.

Well, here we go again....schirmer trying again to con the unsuspecting public about his ability to trade. (http://www.mindandmoney.net or http://hscwebinar.com) As has been published previously on this blog, schirmer's results are anything but flattering. A kid would have more success than he does, and yet he continues to spin this yarn about his trading skills. If he had even 1% of the skills he claims he would not have to be running from his creditors, running from his old clients, running from his investors or running these half arsed 'webinars' that will line his pockets with money and provide nothing in return....yes, NOTHING to the next generation of people who are about to experience the schirmer con.
Everything that schirmer will use to impress his new found clients will be the usual Gann material. Now, there is nothing wrong with Gann's material, however a small time con like schirmer has no idea about what to do with all this head knowledge that he has about Gann. Ask him about his results and my bet is that he either will not show you any, or he will show you a very delicately put together spreadsheet. He will not show you his account because it will show him up as a dismal failure. He has been a dismal failure all his life and that is why he resorts to 'teaching' in a profession that does not require any credentials or have any credible way for someone to check up on him. He is after all a psychopathic liar, so listen to him enough (if you can stomach the bullshit and crap that comes out of his mouth) and you will hear him trip himself up, eventually.

schirmer is a trader, NOT

schirmer's insistence on pretending to know how to trade is getting funnier by the day. Here is his latest attempt http://www.freedombytrading.com/ and again here http://www.thecompletestockmarketcourse.com/ at trying to convince the world of his great and wonderous skills. Unfortunately it is well understood that if you have to spend your life trying to sell trading skills it is because you can't trade!! All great traders have one thing in common, they make their money through trading, that is after all the reason why they are called traders!!

In the ACA videos it became abundantly clear that schirmer has a problem with money, keeping it that is, after conning people out of it. His Platinum Traders are still to this day waiting for the payout of the trading fund he setup with part of their money. Where is the money?? I would suggest there never was any money made through trading because schirmer cannot trade. He is part of the 90% who lose when they go to trade.

Also as part of one of these triumphant web sites is the wonderful insights that everyone is so impatiently waiting for for 2009, whoever those losers must be, because at last count we were well into May of 2009, almost half the year is gone, and now he is coming out with his prophetic predictions??

Of course the reason he is so late with his wonderful information is that he has had to wait for all the people that actually know how to forecast to come out with their forecasts. Then he can hop on their coat tails, take their information, put it into his own "report" and make some great and startling revelations and claim them for his own.

You have missed the boat schirmer, all the predictions for 2009 and beyond are already out, and you pathetic attempts at showing your trading skills are already well known.

A trader schirmer is not!!!

Then if you read schirmers web sites closely you will find that he actually is telling you about himself. In answer to a supposed question, about why he is letting you into his great and wondrous secrets, he gives 3 answers:

First, frankly one reason is to expose the "pretend experts"{remember he knows what a pretend expert is, as you will see in the results below}. I get really angry when I hear and read about these self-confessed "gurus" {schirmer is the most self confessed trader there is} and the marketing deception they use to con the naive public of thousands of dollars for 'education' that just doesn't work {marketing deception is what he is all about}. I get a kick out of amazing people with the ‘Real Truth’ on the stock market {you will see the real schirmer truth below}.

Second, this ‘Complete Stock Market Home Study Course’ has enhanced my ever-increasing “big” reputation in professional stock market circles and it has brought many great new clients to me {there is a reason for putting"big" in quotes. He is only big in his own mind. And this "big" reputation has come from his own marketing deception}.

Third, quite frankly, this Course has made and will continue to make a lot of money for me {but only if the suckers keep buying his trash. Listen to what he is saying...the course, not the trading is making him money}.

Now how do I know this about schirmers trading ability, apart from what we are told in the ACA interviews? I have some of his results!!!

One of my Aussie contacts was kind enough to pass them on and here they are. Click on each image to get a better view, but be warned, it is not a pretty sight. So here we go, results for 2004, 2005 and 2006, one of the greatest bull markets the world has even seen and schirmer could only lose money. That tells you all you need to know about schirmers trading ability.

So beware, if you want to know how to trade, seek out a trader, a real trader that has proof of his trades. The best way to know a good trader is to remember that a trader does not have a marketing strategy or bombard you with websites and emails designed purely to get you to part with your money. A trader trades and a good trader makes lots of money trading, and doesn't try and sell himself or any of his products to you.

If you don't get your own way...then threaten them

It would seem that schirmer has threatened someone about the A Current Affair videos that were on YouTube, as they seem to have all disappeared.

schirmer had initally claimed that Channel 9, the company that owns the videos, had them removed. This was claimed in a post that schirmer himself put up, then just as quickly removed it, for reasons only schirmer would know. However this is typical of schirmer to lie to everyone to try and save his own skin. On YouTube it clearly states that the videos were removed for supposed copyright issues by a company called "schirmer Financial Management". Now correct me if I am wrong, but that sounds more like a schirmer company than one belonging to Channel 9!!!

How to take make money....

What he conveniently forgets to add when explaining all of this money that he ends up with, is to actually say where it comes from. It comes from a multitude of bank accounts from good living people that made the mistake of "investing" with him. These people are people looking for
ways of investing their money. And they have money!! Investing with schirmer of course, meant that they lost some, but it is not the end for them because they actually do know how to make money, without screwing anyone over. No doubt those people have moved on and are continuing to grow their wealth, but at the same time they realise they have a duty of care to others to ensure that noone else fulls into schirmers pit of lies and depravation. You will have never heard about these people because they are not looking to have an adoring crowd telling them how wonderful they are. They just go about their lives, building wealth to retire and enjoy themselves. schirmer on the other hand NEEDS the crowds of adoring people. He needs people to tell him how good he is because he realises that he has screwed so many people over that he
actually feels dirty, and the only way of covering that feeling is the adulation from an ill-informed crowd.

schirmer has some very strange ideas about money, and it is these strange ideas that will ensure that he never has much. Sure he will get some from time to time, but it will never amount to much and it will never become a stable commodity that allows him to sit back, relax and do
things unrelated to making money. He has what is called a "deficit/poverty mentality". He always spends more than he has, hence the need to continually scam money of others and the reason he continues to not pay his bills. It is a life of misery that he lives, never knowing from
one day to the next where his next meal is coming from or who will be taking him to court. He talks about showing you how to live the life of your dreams yet he has no idea how to given that he lives a life of constant lies and deception. I couldn't think of anything worse. He has
no friends, although there are those that might call him a friend, but that will all end in tears eventually when they wake up to what he is doing. schirmer has no concept of what a friend is, because he sees everyone as an opportunity to exploit.

So if you want an example of how to make money? Watch schirmer and do the exact opposite.

So far it seems that his attempts at coming over here to the US have been thwarted, so lets hope it stays that way. We have enough problems of our own here at the moment without having to deal with imbeciles like schirmer.

Promises, Promises.....and that is all you get!!

Some interesting facts were passed through to me this week from some friends in Australia. It has come to light that schirmer shows an interesting trend of starting something, promising future editions on a regular interval and then never following through with the promise. It is a bit like the promises he makes to everyone, investors included and even on National Television. It is obvious he uses the promise of more to come as part of his marketing strategy to suck people in then once he has their attention or money then he never delivers again. Now that is a great way to run a business!! Then their is his Succeed Magazine which in its short history has already missed one issue and now the issue due in "on October 1st, 2008" never eventuated. So as mentioned on a previous posting here about the "SUCCEED" magazine "FAILING" it looks like I was a few months out. Another source suggests that he has promised to have it out as follows:

Schirmer sues his Lawyer??? What the???

One of my Australian contacts has sent through a listing for the Supreme Court in Victoria and would you believe it......Schirmer is suing his Lawyer. For years now Schirmer has been threatening and intimidating all the people that he screwed over by having this lawyer (Lederman) send out letters suggesting that he was going to bring them before the Supreme Court and other fire breathing antics that never amounted to anything other than hot air.

The Supreme Court listing is for the company that Schirmer set up to purchase the house that is seen in a number of the A Current Affair videos and the one that had been mentioned in a lot of his marketing crap. And by "Marketing Crap" I really mean

"MARKETING CRAP"!! Never has so many lies and deceptive rubbish been written than what schirmer writes in this stuff.

However, I digress, back to the matter at hand. Schirmers lawyer had a caveat over the proper for some reason (a guess would be that schirmer owed him money, easy guess really because that is what schirmer is forever being chased for!!) and now the property has been sold and there is obviously some problem in finalising matters that the lawyer is causing. So in good schirmer fashion he even takes on his lawyer!!

When will the idiot scumbag ever learn that he has done something wrong!!! In fact his every action is wrong, his ideas are wrong, he can't trade, he has no idea around money (other than taking others money and spending it) and the list goes on and on. It would seem like he is hurtling towards a big bang, and the end will not be pretty, not that the present situation is pretty either. Oh well, perhaps the law of attraction does work!!

Now I know the secret.......and there is no doubt now that all the participants of this sorry tale called "The Secret" are driven by greed and self importance. There has never been a shred of evidence to suggest that all the claims made by this soap opera caste have ever worked and now we are seeing without a doubt that it is the biggest con job ever pulled on this scale.

Now we see that the actual creator of the secret, a Drew Heriot, who put this whole thing together has been shafted by Rhonda Byrnes. She made promises then never kept them. Sound familiar? Just like Schirmer she sucked in all the people she needed to get her little scam off the ground, and then when it worked she cut them all out of the profits that had been generated by those people. Now we know the the law of attraction and every other law that has been touted since then is nothing more than a mechanism by which to extract maximum effort, time and money out of others to keep your own pockets lined. The whole concept is based on SELF, which everyone knows is the exact opposite of what is needed for this world to live in harmony. Self promotes self over and above others around you and gives you a sense of superiority, which eventually leads to justifying ripping everyone off.

So now Rhonda Byrnes is finding herself in court, being sued by Drew Heriot. See the court document here.

I have just been informed that Schirmer is to appear back in the Australian Federal Court again. This time it is not his mate Bob Proctor but someone that nobody has heard of!! I read somewhere recently where it was claimed that Schirmer screws everybody over no matter what. Even if there is no need to he will do it just because he can. Now I am thinking that this may just be true because when he ends up in court by someone that none of the Schirmer watchers have ever heard about you start to realize that he just cannot help himself. He is simply evil, and he tries to cover that up by playing the "I am a Christian" card while at the same time stealing and destroying the lives of vulnerable, gullible and those trying to help him. Schirmer is the perfect case study of what not to do to become a successful, respectful and compassionate human being.

So, how many times does Schirmer need to be hauled before the courts before people start to realize that he is a fraud and a liar, which is of course what many people in Australia have been saying for a while now. Schirmer stated somewhere that we would all know the truth soon, and it seems that the truth is starting to appear now, but it is very much like the truth that his victims have been telling everyone about for quite some time now.

My Australian friends it would seem were right all along.

Apparently he is currently trying to sell his trading seminar for an astonishing price of AUD$10,000 and it runs for about 2 days. The interesting part is that on one of those days he has to be in court for the above mentioned court case. It astounds me that there are so many people out there that do not realize that he is a conman and steer clear of him.

I await to hear about the next court case!! At least he can now stop bleating about no one taking him to court.

It has been quite sometime since I put anything up here, not for lack of material, just a lack of time.

So things are really starting to unravel for Schirmer now. At least he can stop bleating about "nobody has produced any evidence against me in court" as his best mate Bob Proctor has just had him in court and won. Following is the link to the order from the court:

A few comments that were made on that episode are quite telling:

Angus (investor) said: "If he continues to do this he is going to be on the run forever."
Ivan (investor) said: "Schirmer sitting at home with his wife saying 'It will all go away', but it won't. The investors are fair dinkum about this."

I have been told that most of his websites have been taken down and the ones that are still up are either so old and out of date or funny for the outlandish comments that he makes.

Here is one outlandish claim from someone who it appears can only lose money in the market:

The next laugh will be when the "Succeed Magazine" fails, how ironic!! With Schirmers history of failed companies even he should have seen that trying to publish a magazine called "Succeed" was bound to create a few laughs eventually. You can use all the right words you like to try and fool yourself but it will not cover up your incompetence.

Let us first just start here with a little math. $5,000,000 divided by 340 attendees is equal to each person spending $14,705.88. My oh my, he seems to have stumbled across 340 of the most generous people that he could find in Melbourne, Australia. I would also make a suggestion here that noone could have spent $14,705.88 at this seminar even if they wanted to!!

So where does this leave Schirmer's statement of making $5,000,000 in one weekend? It leaves it right where most of everything else that spews out of his mouth ends up. On the huge pile of bullshit that he has produced through the constant stream of lies that is his life.

And he wonders why it is all starting to fall apart? "You reap what you sow", comes to mind.

Schirmer responded to Cosmic Connies reponse on Schirmers blog, but of course it was full of the usual Schirmer lies and rhetoric and here is my take on some of his arguments.

Well, well, Mr Schirmer!!!! Herein lies probably the biggest issue that people have with you and that being your lack of morals or ethics. I have been informed that you have been confronted by the people that you owe money to. In fact they have been chasing you for answers for about 4 years, but all they got were lies, untruths and general dodging of the question.

Would you really like to see the documented proof of your misconduct around your handling of other peoples money (which you have copies of by the way) spread all over the Internet for everyone to see? I am sure it would make for some very interesting reading for all the people out there that thought you were sleazy just by looking at you as well as those who were still undecided, by having their thoughts all confirmed.

The real issue here is that the only reason you have to resort to legal action to deal with someone is that they are being dishonest, because if they were honest they would not have any such allegations leveled against them, and if they did they would quickly move to resolve them. Schirmer is hoping that he can avoid being accountable to others for losing their money (yes Schirmer, it is THEIR money) by forcing people to take the legal path to recover their money. Of course the reality is that Schirmer is a penniless bum, so most peoples actions against him will be to get him put in jail. Either way you look at it he is not going to get away with it. It is either pay up or face the consequences.

Schirmer, you admitted on National Television that you owed these people money!!!!!! Besides what is the point of Ben Fordham asking an obvious question that he knew the answer to, when all you would do is deny it? You deny everything. The reason all these people are completely run out of patience is because of your continued denials about owing anybody any money. I don't know what the so called filthy tactics of Ben were other than cornering Schirmer and making him answer honestly but they could not be any worse than the filthy tactics that Schirmer has used to steal money off people and seduce women, while he pretends to be a loving husband.

Had you never appeared on The Secret then all of your victims would have continued to suffer in silence. Your victims are very glad that you made yourself prominent, because it also brought their grievances to prominence as well. You can't have it both ways. If you want fame, then you are going to have to get used to being scrutinised, and for you that is a scary thought. I am sure that most of us have only heard a little bit about your misdemeanors. If the media did manipulate what you said through editing then go right ahead and sue them, since that is your normal mode of operation, but you haven't so again your words above are just another lot of made up garbage that you are trotting out to try and hide all the other lies that you have trotted out in the past. As for it being highly edited trash, it couldn't possibly be anything else as Ben Fordham only got trash from Schirmer in the first place.

The whole reason that you are squirming right now is that people DO have the facts. Schirmer has deluded himself to the point were he is now believing his own lies. If he had been honest and trustworthy then nobody would be chasing him right now. You promised to pay people back but never did, so why would anyone believe anything else that you say??

Now why, I ask, would RevRon be trying to score any points with Schirmer???? Schirmer is a low life conman which no one is even the slightest bit interested in trying to get on his side!! And as for blaming others, Schirmer has spent his whole blog space trying to shift the blame from himself to others, so practise what you preach if you are so set on preaching.

Unresolved obstacles will destroy you Schirmer!!

Here is a bit more "Schirmer Logic", please try not to laugh! Schirmer seems to think that if he can trick his own tiny mind into thinking that the world loves him then all his past sins can be forgotten. He refers to these sins as the 'negative' that he no longer wants to talk about. Of course it would be nice if we could all just sweep our wrongs under the carpet and then continue on with what we want to do in complete disregard for the mess we have left behind. However it does not work like that. We will remain accountable for all our promises and actions until we resolve them, and if that takes a a lifetime for us to understand that, them we can expect a lifetime of continual disruption until we come good. No ifs and no buts, that is just the way God planned it.

Just because we don't want to talk and discuss our past actions and promises doesn't mean we are not accountable for them nor does it mean that everyone else has to go away and leave me alone until I am ready to resolve them.

And if you believe that all obstacles must give way, them maybe they do, however that will include obstacles that will only give way once the issue has been resolved. Schirmer's biggest obstacles is the wrongs that he has inflicted on a number of people over a long period of time and those will only give way once he has addressed them and resolved them. Until then they are the obstacles that will destroy him.

Schirmer and his strange mate in the ACA video seem to think that the 'negative' should just be forgotten, however what is 'negative' for one person can be 'positive' for another and therein lies his problem. Many people see the destruction of Schirmer as a 'positive' as it will rid the world of one more person hell bent on getting as much money for himself at the expense of everyone else.
